Kenya Scouts joins in the fight against Covid-19 with hash tag dubbed #ScoutsFightingCorona . The scouts are making homemade hand wash and distributing in the communities with a special focus on the slums that are densely populated with less access to soap and water, emphasizing on the importance of social distance and staying at home. They are encouraging citizens to follow all the stipulated government directives in order to stay safe and help stop this pandemic. The scouts launched their campaign on the 2nd of April 2020 in Nyeri County led by Grace Michuki, Harrison mwai among other scouts. Scouts hope to be part of helping win this global pandemic.
