It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing away on Monday 22 June 2015 of:
RAMBININTSOA José or “LAMBO Misedra” Former Chairman of Training commission 1994 – 1998 Former Chief Commissioner 1998 – 2002 Former Chairman National Scout Council 2002 – 2004 Acting member of the National Scout Council
Filoha (Commissioner) RAMBININTSOA José or “LAMBO Misedra” He was passionate about the importance of the Scouting values for future leaders and embraced the skills taught to thousands of children and youths nationwide. He contributed to the sustainability of Scouting in our country.
Filoha José was an example to many in the Scouting Movement and his passing will be greatly felt. “On behalf of the Scout Tily Eto Madagasikara, we express our appreciation to the family for the contribution of Filoha José made to Scouting and promise to emulate his commitment to uphold values in the movement.
The church funeral service will be held on the 25 June 2015 at 10 am at EEM Santa Paoly Ambatoharanana and will be buried at Ambatoharanana Antananarivo
