The programme was organised by the Assam state Bharat Scouts & Guides at state headquarters, Panbazar, Guwahati on 7th April’2017. Mr.A.K. Absar Hazarika, ACS(Retd) State Chief Commissioner has inaugurated the programme and described about the objectives of career council on skill development & entrepreneurship.
