Campaign to Stop Killer Robots at the 24th WSJ

Last month, the Campaign to Stop Killer Robots (stopkillerrobots.org) participated in the 24th World Scout Jamboree in West Virginia in the United States, in the Global Development Village. There was strong interest in the campaign and our goal from scouts around the world, including many excellent ideas for future actions. The Campaign will be engaging national scout associations in the period leading to next the Jamboree in South Korea in 2023. Formed in October 2012, the Campaign to Stop Killer Robots is a coalition of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that is working to ban fully autonomous weapons and thereby retain meaningful human control over the use of force.
