National Level CUB BULBUL UTSAV was organised by Bharat Scouts and Guides to celebrate CUB Centenery from 20th October to 5th October 2016 at Gorakhpur ,NE Railway.Total 600 members were present in the above mentioned programme under the leadership of Mr Amar Bahadur Chetri ,Deputy Director Boy Programme -National head Querters.Mr B.I .Nagarale Chief national commissioner of Bharat Scouts and Guides and member APR Regional scout Commiitee was also present to encourage the little Cubs and Bulbuls.
