Below there are some sample actions you can contribute to the
3 Good Health and Wellbeing
Start a blood donation campaign with your Scout group to support local blood banks.
Plan a group visit to a hospital to learn about important health issues in your community.
Walk for at least 30 minutes every single day. It's good for the mind, body, and environment.
Do a short presentation in your Scout group meeting about the consequences of alcohol and drug abuse.
Volunteer at a local hospital to give an extra set of hands to their daily operations.
Run a donation drive to supply medicine to people affected by natural disasters or emergency situations.
Compile a personal "Feel Good Activity Plan" by making a list of things that make you feel good that you can come back to when you're feeling emotionally strained. Support your group to do the same.
Make an HIV awareness campaign as part of your Scouts of the World Award journey
